Medtronic
IP Telephony
When Medtronic built a new corporate campus in the Minneapolis/St.
Paul metro area, one goal included updating their current telephony
system. They
turned to N'compass to manage the move to IP telephony, all while
keeping their existing PBX telephone and voicemail system intact.
The switch to IP telephony allowed for several enhancements, including
a centralized call center to allow for agents to engage at any site
and overall greater mobility for their entire workforce. N'compass
also helped Medtronic plan for future improvements to include new
tools for their work force such as Unified Messaging and Find-Me Follow-Me
applications.
North Memorial Health Care
IP Telephony
North Memorial Health Care (NMHC) hired N'compass to develop a strategy
to roll out an IP telephony system at their hospitals and clinics.
N'compass worked with NMHC on all phases of the project, including
the creation of a needs assessment, RFP development and the selection
of appropriate vendors. N'compass helped NMHC achieve multiple goals,
including all the advantages that accompany a single, fully-integrated
IP telephony solution. Having worked with many clients on these complicated
technology projects, N'compass was able to provide the high-level
project management needed to ensure a smooth transition to IP telephony.
